COA Solutions continually strives for excellence in product and service delivery with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Our above average industry allocation on research and development ensures that we can drive our products forward in line with sector and technology requirements and demands.

We include below an outline of third party endorsements and accreditations which we hope will give you confidence in our product delivery. For example, when the new CIS scheme came along early in 2007, we ensured that we had software that operated across all our financial management modules well ahead of the deadline. We also ensured that the software was externally accredited by HMRC in time for online filing.

COA Solutions has been shortlisted in the enterprise software package of the year category. There are 4 finalists in this catagory and the winner will be announced at an award ceremony on the 12th November 2008 at Battersea Park Arena in London

Real FD/CBI Excellence Awards 2008

OpenAccounts has been shortlisted in the Financial Software category of the 2008 Real FD/CBI Excellence Awards.

This award is voted for annually by hundreds of finance directors.

Accountancy Age Awards for Software Excellence

COA Solutions OpenAccounts has been short-listed for this award in the Enterprise Software category every year for the last eight years! OpenAccounts won this category in 2000, 2003, 2004 and 2006.

Business Software Satisfaction Awards - Sift Media

COA Solutions won the 'paperless office' category of the Business Software Satisfaction Awards 2007 through its subsidiary Version One.

Accreditations

Payroll Standard - OpenPeople 8.5 has been checked and meets the requirements of the published HM Revenue & Customs Pensioner Payroll Standard and the relevant sections of HM Revenue & Customs Quality Standard. It incorporates online filing capability by internet.

HMRC CIS Electronic Gateway - Granted by HMRC for the successful testing of COA Solutions' CIS Electronic Gateway through Vendor Single Integrated Proving Service (VSIPS)

ISO9001 - COA Solutions is registered to the international quality standard, ISO9001:2000. In order to retain this registration, we need to be audited by independent auditors every 6 months. Our auditors are Bureau Veritas. We passed our most recent audit inspection in January 2008 with no non-conformances.

ICAEW Accredited Products Scheme - This scheme currently covers both OpenAccounts Version 6 (updated in 2007) and eFinancials Version 3.2.

COA Solutions North America is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.

Memberships

BASDA - COA Solutions is a signatory to the BASDA Code of Practice. We have been active supporters of BASDA since its inception and currently sit on the General Council. Relevant modules of COA Solutions Smart Business Suite have been accredited for the eBIS-XML standard.

CFDG - COA Solutions are corporate subscribers to CFDG, the Charity Finance Directors Group

HFMA - As part of our commitment to the health market, we are corporate partners with HFMA, the professional finance voice of the NHS (Healthcare Financial Management Association)
