OpenPeople Training Courses 2008
Further to the announcement at the OpenPeople User Group in Birmingham, we are pleased to announce the latest HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance software training schedule. The OpenPeople, OpenTime & OpenResources training courses are now being offered at the COA Solutions Training centre located at the ASR office based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.
OpenResources Advanced User
10th December 2008
Ideal for users who are either new to the "Super User" role or who wish to further develop their skills on OpenResource. The aim of the course is to provide users with the skills required to enable them to manage their OpenResource module effectively.
1 Day Course Outline
- Create and amend Code Tables and their contents
- Create and amend User Defined Screens
- Load employee data against User Defined Screens
- Maintain field parameters
- Set up and use mail merges
- Using Additional Analysis Codes
- Importing data into OpenResource
- Add and remove programs or reports from user menus
- Create and amend user profiles
- Set up new users with the required screen and employee access
OpenTime Maintenance & Reporting
8th December 2008
Ideal for users who are new to OpenTime and for those who wish to refresh knowledge previously gained and not utilised. The course covers the creation and maintenance of working patterns and Rosters.
1 Day Course Outline
- Creating and maintain menu profile
- Creation of new users
- Allocation of security groups to user logins
- Set-up and maintenance of working pattern information
- Use of Analysis Codes, Breaks, Graces and Thresholds
- Creation and maintenance of Roster cycles
- Allocation of Rosters to employees
